Gabriel & Co. takes immeasurable pride in the quality and precision of our jewelry. We will therefore make any necessary repairs or replacements that prove to have manufacturing defects. But because we want you to wear your purchase with as much frequency, as joy, we are offering extended warranty protection beyond our regular guarantee. Gabriel & Co. will cover damages and repair jewelry due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage from one year of the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid if registered by its unique Gabriel Serial Number within 30 days of purchase. Detailed terms and conditions available online. Keep the original sales receipt and ensure the requested information is filled out online. By completing the warranty card and registering the serial number online, you have validated that you have read and fully understand the terms and conditions of the Gabriel & Co. warranty. A) Estate, Antique and/or one of a kind items are not eligible
B) Un-mounted Diamonds Precious or Semi-Precious Gems are not eligible
C) Residence in the United States of America is required
D) Territorial Limit of the coverage: United State, District of Columbia and Canada
E) Unexplained loss and/or Mysterious Disappearance is excluded
F) Damage to the Jewelry whilst cleaning, repair, restoration or any work being performed by any jewelry or anyone else excluded
G) Jewelry left unattended in an automobile excluded
H) Jewelry left unattended in a hotel/motel room unless kept inside of the locked safe of the hotel excluded
I) Jewelry left unattended at your residence or any other residence unless kept inside of a locked safe excluded
J) Coverage provided by this certificate does not apply if any named persons on the Certificate has ever been convicted of a crime/felony (other than a traffic violation) or has filed bankruptcy durring the past 10 years or experienced a loss of theft of Jewelry within the past five years
K) This form must be filed and received by Gabriel & Co, 545 West 45th Street 3rd Floor New York, NY 10036 within 72 hours of purchase
L) It is a requirement of the coverage that in the event of a loss and/or theft a Police Report be fully completed and a copy of that Police Report be sent to Gabriel & Co.
